It’s absolutely awful and I am now considering contacting the ombudsman and asking Hypnos for a refund so I can purchase a mattress elsewhere. Well I have contacted, THREE TIMES and not even had an acknowledgement email to say they have received it. I understand they are back in the warehouse now with limited staffing, but I am frustrated to read replies to all the negative experiences here, stating “contact this email so we can deal with this”. I knew that due to coronavirus it was going to take longer for it to arrive, but I’ve not even had a confirmation email? I’ve emailed 3 times in the last 3 weeks and had no response at all, absolutely shocking customer service. I am pregnant (now heavily pregnant with various health issues) and I wanted a comfy nights sleep. Me and my partner saved for a long time and have slept on premier inn mattresses previously. Ordered May, still no mattress and no customer service response to my emails! AVOID! Hypnos are a disgrace to British business and manufacturing. So I'm guessing they are simply trying to appear attentive on trustpilot as apose to actually resolving issues.

update: still no response from the digital marketing team, despite emailing them with the code they provided below. The mattress is not fit to sleep on and the situation has become a burden on my time, health and financial resources.

I am so far, very saddened given their so called reputation, especially in a market where customers trust should be treated with the utmost respect and sensitivity. I spoke to their customer service but was treated with disdain, as if my discomfort was an accepted part of the companies policy. It wasn't sold to me or advertised under that understading and had I known Hypnos considers a RIDGE to be desirable, I certainly would have avoided them.

I was amazed to read in the guarantee a bizarre and glaring contradiction: as to 'expect a dip and RIDGE as a positive indication', yet instructions on how to minimise body impressions in the very next statement. Within a few days noticed a raised ridge down the centre from head to toe. Had purchased a brand new Hypnos premier pillow top luxury mattress a few weeks back.
